Cancellation and Refund Policy

SERVICE CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be requested in writing via team@webbywolf.com before work has commenced.

Cancellations after work has started may be subject to partial refunds at our discretion.

INITIATING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To request a refund or exchange, contact us at team@webbywolf.com with your order details.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

All refunds are granted solely at our discretion. The following guidelines provide general principles, but WebbyWolf Innovations reserves the right to refuse any refund request:

  • If the project has not yet started, a full refund may be considered at our discretion, based on internal evaluation.
  • If WebbyWolf Innovations is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed and costs incurred.
  • No refunds for delivered, accessed, or completed services.
  • No refunds for digital products, integrations, or subscriptions.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be credited using the original payment method.

Transaction fees charged by Razorpay are non-refundable.

DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and refusal of future work.

Clients are encouraged to contact us first to resolve concerns amicably.
